Community Supported Agriculture is a model of small farming where community members buy shares of the produce in advance. This helps support the farmers by providing cash at the end of a long winter to grow for the upcoming season. In addition, it allows for small operations to spend more time farming and less time marketing during the busy season.

The 2024 CSA Shares are now open! This year Happy Walrus Farm will be offering a 20-week program from June 4th to October 15th.

• Pick up on Tuesdays at the Imbler Farmstand, starting at 3 pm, or at La Grande Farmers Market, 3-6 pm.

• $500 for a share + a $10 tote fee

• Must be paid in full by May 1st, 2024. We accept cash, checks, and Venmo.

• We are open to installments, indicate in the Google form that you’d like to use that option. This is to help make the CSA more accessible.

• The totes will include 5-7 produce items weekly.

• Please return your tote from the previous week at every pick-up so that we may pack the next week’s offerings.
